Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting within the scope of their professional activity and who enters into a distance sales agreement with the business.
Day: calendar day.
Ongoing Agreement: a distance sales agreement relating to a series of products and/or services for which the delivery and/or purchase obligations are spread over time.
Durable Medium: any means that allows the consumer or the business to store information personally addressed to them in a way that makes future consultation and identical reproduction possible.
Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s right to withdraw from the distance sales agreement within the withdrawal period.
Business: the natural person or legal entity offering products and/or services to consumers through distance sales.
Distance Sales Agreement: an agreement concluded within a system organized by the business for distance selling, whereby one or more means of distance communication are used up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the business and to all distance agreements concluded between the business and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer is limited in time or subject to specific conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer. The offer is non-binding, and the business reserves the right to modify or withdraw it.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the business will promptly confirm receipt electronically.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

For products, the consumer may withdraw from a sales agreement without giving any reason within a period of 14 days. This period begins on the day after the consumer receives the product.

Article 7 – Costs in the Event of Withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the consumer.

Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The business may exclude the following products from the right of withdrawal: products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized; products that deteriorate quickly; and products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Article 9 – The Price

During the validity period of the offer, the prices of the products and/or services offered will not be increased, unless required by law. All prices are stated in the applicable currency.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The business guarantees that the products conform to the agreement, the stated specifications, and reasonable expectations regarding quality and functionality.

Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

The business processes and ships all orders with the greatest possible care. In the event of a delivery delay, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 12 – Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made at the time of purchase. The business reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices, or availability without prior notice.

Article 13 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email within a reasonable period after the defects have been discovered.

Article 14 – Disputes

Only French law applies to agreements concluded between the business and the consumer.

Article 15 – Additional Terms

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
